Production Scheduling
The production schedule is the heartbeat of the company and it is kept updated in real time. This enables us to be highly accurate with our delivery date predictions. It also enables us to accommodate fast turnaround requests such as small prototyping and pilot trial requests. We also collect valuable data from live production runs to enable us to improve on scheduling for repeat orders. When things go wrong, which they sometimes do, we are able to notify our customers right away, together with a recovery plan. We do not leave our customers in the dark or wait for them to chase us.
Our production team are able to accommodate the extremes of one off orders, right through to the programme management of concurrent multiple part manufacture to restrictive deadlines.
