Ultrasonic Cleaning
We have a high-end positive pressure clean room facility utilising laboratory grade ultrasonic cleaning tanks with a fully aqueous detergent system. This enables us to clean manufactured parts to be organically clean, which is a typical requirement of many scientific instrument manufacturers.
Sub Assembly Build
We are capable of undertaking sub assembly build for our customers, typically utilising componentry which we manufacture, coupled with selected bought in items. This process is undertaken in a clean room environment where the parts can also be packed, utilising specialist materials, to avoid external contamination.
Finishing
Through known and trusted sub-contractors, who are all ISO9001 approved, we are able to offer certain finishing process such as passivation, anodising, screen printing, painting processes etc.
