Design For Manufacture
We operate in a niche which supports market leading high technology organisations to be cost effective with their product offerings.
We recognise that many of our customers are not expert in the complex world of high precision CNC machining. Accordingly, we encourage our customers to engage with us in Design For Manufacture And Assembly.
Increasingly we receive computer models generated from our customers’ CAD systems and we are able to read and manipulate those models using Autodesk FeatureCAM and OneCNC XR8 CADCAM systems.
Our knowledge of what adds cost, coupled with our customers’ knowledge of what they require from their design, can lead to a cost optimised rendition of the product. This is then further processed to enable it to be sent electronically to the most appropriate machining centre in order to start the manufacturing journey.
