We specialise in the machining of high precision metal and plastic components to exacting customer specifications.

Through proactive value engineering, we partner with market leading customers to add value to their engineered products, from prototyping to volume manufacture. To achieve this we use a predominance of modern CNC Machine Tools, including simultaneous 5 axis machining capability.

Performance

In our latest verified customer satisfaction survey from January 2024, we scored an average of 94%, based on categories including speed of response, satisfaction with quoted lead-time, satisfaction with price, quality of product, on time delivery in full, flexibility and approachability.

Our customers

Exclusively on a business to business basis, we are active in many markets including scientific instruments, optical systems, specialist automotive, aerospace, medical, healthcare, defence and general industrial. Ashill Precision Engineering is renowned for customer service and the quality of its products. Based on the outskirts of King’s Lynn, we manufacture for a predominantly national customer base, where we are considered as the preferred supplier to many of our customers.

Goal

Many of our customers are at the forefront of technology and innovation and have been successful in increasing their revenue streams through both organic growth and new product offerings. There is a need to ensure that Ashill Precision Engineering has both the capacity and technology to grow with them. We achieve this through our informed investment in capital equipment, and in the careful selection of our most valuable asset, our workforce of highly skilled machinists and ancillary staff.
